Ballare Teatro Summer Program Schedule
Summer Session is from June 28 to July 29.
Summer is time to try something new. Our schedule enables dancers to continue to dance in the summer, and try out other camps. We have week long class experiences (every day or night for one week); camps including Once Upon a Fairytale, Angelina Ballerina, A Knights Tale, Superhero's and Princesses and Fancy Nancy; and a summer performance intensive for our more advanced dancers (go to workshops and camps). There is something to fit into your busy summer schedule at Ballare Teatro Performing Arts Center.
Creative Dance -
Dance for ages 3 and 4. Explores music, the
ancestor movements from which all dance developed,
imagination and coordination
Fundamental - Dance
for ages 5-6. Class will be divided equally, ½
hour of tap, ½ hour of ballet.
Level I - Dance for children ages 7-9. Class will be divided
equally, 45 minutes of each genre.
Level II - Dance for children ages 10-12. Class will be divided
as follows; ballet will be 1.25 hours for all
classes that include ballet. Tap will be 1 hour for
all classes that include tap. The remaining time
will be given to the alternate genre. For the
ballet/tap/modern class, all genre will be 45
minutes.
Adults may register for one class for the session, or may purchase a 10-class card. Class cards are valid for 12 weeks, and are good for any class we offer. People purchasing a class card get a discount on the per class rate. We only count weeks that we are open in the 12 weeks the card is valid. If we aren't open, it doesn't count against your card. If your card expires before you have used all the classes, you simply need to pay $4 per class to get the unused classes up to the drop in rate. You don't loose any money on an expired class card.
